Introduction

When I first heard of the concept of putting together the MCU in chronological order, I thought it would offer a new dimension to re-watching the films prior to the most recent release.  I had seen the films so many times already, so a fresh perspective was welcomed.

I came across Dirty3om's project (http://tdmedina21.wixsite.com/mcu-a-chronology) and began watching them.  I really enjoyed it for the most part, especially the opening sequence, though there were a few things that I knew I would have done differently.  Therefore, I am making my own versions of the "MCU Chronology" and I am happy to share them with you here.

For the most part, I have tried to include every deleted scene that doesn't throw you out of the moment, with unfinished SFX for example.  I have also added year markers, and filled in gaps with scenes that didn't exist in the MCU, such as Hulk's origin. Hope you enjoy!

Part 1-The Beginning to 1953

This part includes everything from the beginning of time and the creation of the Infinity Stones, through WWII and Captain America's story.  Finally finishing up with Peggy Carter's Oneshot and interviews in 1953.

Part 2 - 1974 to 1998

This part picks up with the Stark Expo in 1974 and briefly goes over the story of the original Ant-man, then finishes up with Thanos and his culling of Gamora's home world. I have added in the trailer for Captain Marvel as a placeholder, as I expect it to take place in the mid 90s sometime. Additionally, I have added in a Galaxy of the Guardians-esque style introduction to Gamora's planet.

Part 3 - 1999 to 2010

This kicks off with our first sighting of Tony Stark partying in Switzerland, and moves through his first story arc. Along the way we see the creation of the Hulk as well.  As this was reduced down to the opening credits of the Incredible Hulk film, I have spliced together some footage from that opening with scenes from the 2005 Hulk movie to create an origin for the Hulk as well.  Some of the syncing is off I know, but I hope it's an enjoyable addition.

Part 4 - 2011

This kicks off with Bruce Banner in Brazil and culminates in the beginning of "Fury's Big Week" with the events of Iron Man 2 and Thor taking place all around the same time.  I have included all the deleted scenes from each film thus far I believe.  This one wraps up at the end of Iron Man 2.

Part 5 - 2011 Continued

This continues from the events of 2011 and the Incredible Hulk, through to the Cap waking up right before the events of Avengers.
